Testimonial from Wallace Norman, Producing Artistic Director of The Woodstock Fringe Festival of Theater and Song:
"I am pleased to have this opportunity to recommend Richard Ralff for his professionalism and integrity. Richard is a consummate technical theater professional. It has been the good fortune for Woodstock Fringe to have Richard on staff since the summer of 2004. Richard works with our company in a number of capacities: Stage Manager, Production Associate, Lighting Design and Stage Hand. Whatever is needed, Richard rolls up his sleeves and gets the job done. To each task Richard brings professionalism, imagination and courtesy. A great team player, Richard extends himself fully to get the job done. Never a prima donna, Richard works independently, quietly and absoluely reliably. He is a great colleague. When putting together a production team, Richard will always be number one on my list. I cannot recommend Richard Ralff too highly."
Testimonial from Glenn Lazlo Weiss. producer/ director of Star Mountainville Group:
"I have collaborated with Richard Ralff on dozens of productions with my theater company Star Mountainville Group. Richard contributes an enormous array of skills and knowlege on the technical side to any production. He embraces obstacles and problems with a positive outlook and creates solutions in the most efficient and safe manner. He would be an invaluable consultant to any production company for all theatrical presentations. I wholeheartedly recommend his services."
Testimonial from Edie Lefever, President of Performing Arts of Woodstock:
"Richard Ralff has worked with Performing Arts of Woodstock since 2002. I've known him since that time and can speak highly of his work as Technical Director of Sets and Lights. He's very knowledgeable, higly responsible and motivated. He is focused, calm in stressful situations. He is hard working and stays with a job until it is fully completed. Richard works well with people, knows how to take charge and delegate when needed and know how to teach motivated young people to do technical theater work."

Testimonial from Gordon W. Brown, profesional designer and director,
"Richard Ralff is a lighting designer I have worked with on three occasions where I was Director and Set Designer. For Winterfest 2010, Richard was able to adapt the simple track lighting at the Kleinert/ James Art Center, Woodstock, in order to highlight our presentation of 3 Radio Plays. He carefully transferred lights from track to track, focused their beams, and restored the site efficiently. The other two productions, Water Engine by David Mamet and Some (L)Ives- (3 One Acts by David Ives), were produced at the Town Hall, Woodstock, also for Performing Arts of Woodstock. Town Hall presents challenges to a lighting designer. The ceiling is low, there is no lighting grid, and the lights are close to the stage. Richard was able to effectively use his limited equipment to create the demanding special effects the plays, and I, called for. Richard is at the top of my list when I consider future productions. We have always worked well together and his commIitment to our projects has always been unwavering."
